Rowena Dumlao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the culinary and wine industries. Currently serving as the Website Owner for The Chosen Table since February 2018 and the Workshop Instructor at the International Center for the Arts since 2023, Rowena leads workshops on Italian wines and winery tours. As a Sommelier with the Associazione Italiana Sommelier since 2017, Rowena also contributes to the culinary field as a Website Owner for Apron and Sneakers since February 2011. Previous roles include Content Writer for China Wine News and Mode Media Corporation, Contributing Writer for Honest Cooking Media, and Recipe Developer for Skinny Ms. and Thanksgiving. Rowena's experience further encompasses contributions as Photographer, Food Stylist, and Contributing Writer for "The New Filipino Kitchen" between September 2016 and September 2018. Rowena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from De La Salle University, earned from 1990 to 1994.
