Piero Giurdanella is an accomplished sommelier and educator with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Miglior Sommelier di Sicilia since October 2020 at Associazione Italiana Sommelier, Piero also holds a teaching position at Ministero Istruzione, Universita'​ e Ricerca since 2001. Previous roles include Chef de Rang/Sommelier at Ristorante Santini and various barman positions at establishments such as Ventaglio S.p.A. and Hotel Fontane Bianche. Piero's education includes a Sommelier Professionista degree from Associazione Italiana Sommelier and a diploma in Tecnico dei servizi della Ristorazione from IPSSART Federico II di Svevia Siracusa. Additionally, Piero has pursued ongoing education in sommelier tasting since 2012.
