Nicola Bonera has extensive experience in the wine and hospitality industry, serving as a Sommelier at Consulenza e formazione since January 2003 and as a Consulente at Associazione Italiana Sommelier since February 1997, where Nicola is also a qualified lecturer for multiple levels of certification courses. Nicola obtained a Diploma from IPSSAR Caterina de' Medici Gardone Riviera, specializing in hospitality and restaurant management, between 1993 and 1998.
