Francesco Donato is a Co Owner and Beer Specialist at both Malto Gradimento and Lievito since October 2012 and November 2015 respectively. With extensive experience in the beverage industry, Francesco also serves as a docente for Associazione Italiana Sommelier and collaborates with Slow Food on the Guida alle Birre d'Italia. Additionally, Francesco holds a judging role at Associazione Culturale Unionbirrai and Movimento Birrario Italiano while managing various teams and training staff in past roles at several establishments. Francesco's academic qualifications include a Laurea in Economia e Commercio from the University of Messina and advanced courses in web marketing and sommelier training.
