Carmelo Cozzo is a seasoned Building Engineer with extensive experience in structural works and project management, currently serving as a freelancer since January 2010 and as a Sommelier with the Associazione Italiana Sommelier since May 2022. Previous roles include Head of Tenders and Contracts at Rossi Restauri S.r.l. from December 2014 to August 2021, and Building Engineer for Ing. Michele Cappiello from December 2009 to November 2014, focusing on engineering services in both public and private sectors, architectural restoration, and reinforced concrete design. Carmelo Cozzo holds a Doctorate in Architecture and Urban Phenomenology from Università degli Studi della Basilicata, alongside degrees in Engineering and a diploma as a Surveyor.
