Bao L. is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Data Policy & Analysis at the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU). Previously, Bao L. held roles such as Director of Data, Analytics, & Impact at the American Association of State Colleges and Universities and Associate Education Research Scientist/Analyst at the U.S. Department of Education. Bao L. has a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin.
