Gillian Reid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and digital transformation. Currently serving as Programme Lead BA at ACCA since November 2016, Gillian leads analysis efforts within the Digital Transformation programme, ensuring adherence to standards and contributing to the development of reusable assets. Previously, Gillian held roles at ACCA as a Senior Business Analyst and a Business Analyst, focusing on building digital capabilities and supporting the Flexible Exams Delivery Programme. Prior to ACCA, Gillian worked at International Correspondence Schools from July 2005 to November 2016 as a Business Solutions Analyst and Course Advisor, enhancing the online learning environment through various business solutions and continuous improvement projects. Gillian holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University.
