Kerrie Dorman is a highly experienced professional in business mentoring, currently serving as the Founder of the Association of Business Mentors since 2011, focused on providing a credible framework for business mentorship. In addition to founding the Association, Kerrie is a Fellow at the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring and has received recognition as The Peoples Mentoring Champion from National Mentoring Day. With a strong background in mentoring and training, Kerrie has held significant roles at Sinclair Dorman and The Restaurant Mentors, where practical workshops and mentoring initiatives have been implemented to enhance workplace dynamics. Previous experience includes a Fellowship at the International Institute of Coaching & Mentoring and contributions as a Resident Business Mentor. Kerrie's educational background includes an HND in Optics/Optical Sciences from Sydney Technical College TAFE.
