Melissa T. Forburger, CAE, SHRM-CP has held various HR advisory and leadership roles in organizations such as Association Management Strategies, Inc., Air Charter Safety Foundation, The Association of Dental Support Organizations, and USFRA — US Farmers & Ranchers in Action. Prior to these roles, Melissa served as the Director of Administration at the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics and as Vice President at Hauck & Associates, Inc. Melissa's career in HR and administration began as a Personnel Assistant for the US Government after graduating with a BA in Communications from Virginia Tech in 1993.
