Steve J Smith is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in collaborating with Commercial, Corporate, and Government clients to deliver high-quality solutions and optimize business processes through innovative technology. Currently serving as a Senior Client Advisor at Quadient since March 2020, Steve also holds the title of Certified Information Professional (CIP) and is a member of AIIM International and AIIM Western Canada since January 2015. Previously, Steve worked as a Workflow Sales Specialist at Canon Canada and as a Business Process Consultant at Ricoh Canada Inc. Steve's background also includes roles at Viking Sailing Club, ARMA Vancouver, and Micro Com Systems Ltd., where responsibilities ranged from business development to membership involvement. Steve earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Alberta.
