William SPREUX currently serves as the Directeur de la gestion immobilière & logistique at Association Aurore since December 2013, overseeing rental property management, maintenance, and logistics while ensuring quality service for property owners and tenants. Previously, William held the position of Responsable des services techniques et logistique, focusing on maintenance and logistics for 155 buildings, which involved coordinating multidisciplinary teams and defining operational needs. Prior to that, William was Chargé d'affaires auprès des administrations et collectivités at PROVOST from January 2008 to November 2013, where responsibilities included project management, overseeing tenders, managing construction sites, and coordinating subcontractor teams. Key achievements include reorganizing maintenance workshops for RATP and contributing to significant projects such as the Museum of Louvre's Audio-com system.
