Joana Mateus is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in journalism and video production. Since April 2007, Joana has served as the Senior Europe TV Producer at the Associated Press, specializing in video editing, writing, and editorial planning. Prior to this role, Joana worked as a freelance writer for Vogue from 2005 to 2007 and as a print journalist at the Associated Press and various publications, including Diario Economico and Diario Digital, from 1999 to 2007. Joana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Communication from Universidade Catolica Portuguesa, a Master's degree in International Journalism from City, University of London, and a certification in Social Media Management from Digital Mums.
