Monika Padilla, CMCA, AMS, currently serves as Branch President at Associa, overseeing the operation and administration of a portfolio of associations since February 2018. Monika's previous roles at Associa include Director of Operations & Client Accounting, Director of Community Management, and Lead Community Association Manager, where responsibilities involved supervising financial reporting and management summaries for the Board of Directors. Prior to Associa, Monika managed community associations at T Square Properties Inc and held educational management positions at Bright Horizons and Knowledge Universe, demonstrating strong leadership and human resource skills. Monika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human Resources and an Associate of Arts in Business from the University of Phoenix.
