Hector Noel Roque has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Hector Noel began their career at Walgreens in 1996, where they served as a Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Team Lead. Hector Noel handled insurance claims, registered patient demographics, and documented prescriptions.

In 2001, Hector joined Neighborhood Health Plan as a Pharmacy Coordinator and Customer Services Supervisor. Hector Noel performed high volume data entry and assisted members and providers with their health benefits.

Hector Noel then worked at Aetna from 2005 to 2007 as a Refill Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative. Hector Noel'sresponsibilities included receiving and placing calls for prescription refill orders, verifying insurance, and confirming deliveries.

From 2007 to 2015, Hector worked at Rotech Healthcare, where they held multiple roles, including Veteran Affairs Intake Specialist, Billing & Collection Specialist, and Hospice Account Specialist. Hector Noel updated patient information, verified benefits, and confirmed oxygen/DME deliveries.

Hector then joined Accredo - An Express Scripts Company in 2015 as a Pharmacy Technician. Hector Noel specialized in insurance eligibility and prior authorizations for various therapies including Multiple sclerosis, Oncology, Hepatitis C, Immune disorders, Pulmonary arterial hypertension, and Hemophilia.

In 2016, Hector joined Walgreens Boots Alliance as a Patient Care Coordinator at Walgreens Specialty. Hector Noel handled inbound and outbound calls, scheduled orders, assessed supply needs, and provided correct information or directed calls to appropriate teams.

Currently, Hector works at AssistRx since 2017. Hector Noel initially served as a PSQS - Product Support/QA Specialist, where they conducted research, tested system modifications, and participated in product design reviews. Hector Noel then transitioned into the role of Specialty Solutions Coordinator.
