Laura Stark is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy and management. Currently serving as Director at ASSIA, Inc. since December 2019 and at Roy-G-Biv Corporation since September 2010, Laura has held various senior leadership positions at Rambus Inc., including Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and M&A and General Manager of the Emerging Solutions Division. Prior roles at Rambus from 1996 to 2012 encompassed Senior Vice President positions in Corporate Development and Platform Solutions, as well as Vice President roles in General Management and Alliances. Earlier in the career, Laura gained technical expertise as a Field Applications Engineer and Technical Sales Engineer at Motorola Semiconductor from 1990 to 1996. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained from 1986 to 1990.
