William Hardin is an experienced professional in business process optimization and vendor management, currently serving as the New Business Team Leader and Business Process Optimization Team Leader at AssetMark since August 2019. In these roles, William oversees vendor tasks, manages key strategic relationships, and implements process improvements while utilizing Power BI to track metrics. Previously, William held several positions at AssetMark, including Vendor Performance Analyst and New Business Service Administrator, where responsibilities included managing vendor portfolios and ensuring compliance with new business applications. William's background also includes experience as a Licensing Specialist at Family Partners, LLC, sales at Freedom Mortgage, and volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity in Poland. A Dorrance Scholar and graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business and Management, William has demonstrated leadership and a commitment to community-focused initiatives throughout a diverse career.
