Martin Višnovský started their work experience as a Junior Data Analyst at VÚB banka in November 2012. Martin then took on the role of Data Analyst from June 2014 to September 2016. From October 2016 to October 2019, they worked as a Senior Data Analyst, leading internal projects within the CRM department and wider projects within VUB Bank. In October 2019, they became an Architect CRM, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing banking tools and processes. Martin supported the strategic goals of the CRM department and the VÚB bank, identifying best practices in the market and proposing changes. In February 2022, Martin joined Fiserv as a Data Architecture - Sr. Professional II. Finally, in December 2022, they started working at Assetario as a Data Analyst.

Martin Višnovský obtained their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Technical University of Košice, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Martin then pursued further education at the same university and earned an Engineer's Degree in Multimedia Telecommunications from 2010 to 2012. In September 2020, they obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from FBE Bratislava s.r.o. - For Business Excellence.
