Sara Raafat has extensive experience in quality control and software quality engineering, currently serving as the Quality Control Team Lead at Naseej - Arabian Advanced Systems since May 2019. Prior roles include Quality Technical Lead at ASSET Technology Group from January 2013 to the present, and a Senior Software Quality Engineer at both Etisalat Misr and ASSET Technology Group. Sara began the career as a Software Quality Engineer at Mahindra Satyam from June 2008 to May 2009. Key responsibilities include reviewing requirements and design documents, designing and executing test cases, performing system and regression testing, reporting and tracking defects, and preparing test environments. Sara holds a Diploma in E-Business from the Information Technology Institute ITI and a degree from Cairo University.
