Debra Baldacci has extensive experience in leasing, training, and marketing within the property management industry, currently serving as Vice President of Leasing and Training at Asset Living since March 2014. Throughout their tenure, Debra has held various roles, including Senior Regional Leasing and Training Director and Regional Marketing Director, overseeing all aspects of leasing operations and managing a team of community assistants. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Property/Account Manager at Campus Apartments, where Debra successfully improved occupancy rates from 35% to 99%. Debra began their career in the fast-food industry as a 4th Manager at In-N-Out Burger, where management training was completed. Debra's educational background includes a degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
