Mario Schmidt is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Assent since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mario worked as a Customer Success Manager & Qualitätsmanager at Innolytics® Innovation from June 2019 to May 2022. Mario also has experience as a Customer Success Manager at apologistics from May 2018 to June 2019. Before that, Mario was a Customer Relationship Manager at TomTom Telematics from December 2013 to May 2018, and a Channel Account Manager at Dell from September 2011 to December 2013. Mario holds a Bachelor's degree in International Management from HTWK Leipzig and is also a certified Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragter from ILS Institut für Lernsysteme.
