Monika Gunderlund has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as Specialkonsulent in Assens Kommune since August 2014, where responsibilities include leadership of the Assensmodellen and the Hel Familie project while promoting collaboration with civil society and inter-municipal networks. Prior experience includes project leadership roles in Svendborg Kommune, focusing on cultural inclusivity and substance abuse prevention among youth, and at the Danish Epilepsy Association, where Monika worked on inclusion initiatives for individuals with epilepsy. Earlier roles encompassed regional consultancy at FOA, managing repatriation projects for refugees in the Balkans with Danida, and various educational pursuits culminating in a Master’s degree in Vulnerable Children and Youth from Aalborg University, alongside numerous leadership and project management certifications.
