Claes Lundberg has extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors, currently serving as Kompanichef Insatskompani and Insatsplutonchef within Försvarsmakten since February 2008, where responsibilities include instruction and examination in various training settings. In addition to military roles, Claes has held several leadership positions in the construction and engineering fields, including Regionskalkylator, Filialchef, and Kalkyl och Affärsutvecklingschef at Assemblin since July 2018, and Gruppchef at SWECO from August 2016 to July 2018. Previous roles include CEO at Ventmetoder Västerås AB and various project management and calculation positions in the HVAC industry. Claes holds an Installationsingenjör degree in HVAC from IUC and has completed training as a Kompanibefälselev during military service.
