Michael Busque currently serves as Superviseur construction at Assala Energy since January 2020, bringing extensive experience from previous roles. At Total from September 2013 to December 2019, Michael held the position of Coordonnateur contrat métal offshore, managing technical evaluations and operational risk analyses for multiple platforms and satellites. Prior experience includes supervising multi-disciplinary teams at the Ortec Group in various capacities, including supervising work on storage tanks, and conducting non-destructive quality control inspections at SCANCAP. Michael's career began in the oil and gas sectors with hands-on roles, including monteur chaudronnier at MATEN SECOMOC, and military service as a caporal chef in the French Army, emphasizing teamwork and operational discipline. Michael completed an International Welding Specialist degree at Institut de Soudure in 2010 and holds a CQPM certification from AFPI Provence.
