Wlamir dos Anjos has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Wlamir began their career at Atacadão in 1988, where they worked as a Regional Manager for over two decades until 2011. In 2011, they joined Assaí Atacadista where they held various positions including Director of Commercial/Logistics and Vice President of Commercial & Logistics. Wlamir dos Anjos currently holds the role of Vice President of Commercial & Logistics at Assaí Atacadista.

Wlamir dos Anjos completed a leadership development program in organizational leadership with a focus on people management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2012. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued a degree in management with a specialization in marketing at Universidade Paulista.
