Heidi Pascale, CMM, serves as the Senior Director of Experiential Marketing, Training, and Professional Development at ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions - US since May 2018, following a progression of roles including Director of Experiential Marketing and Director of Corporate Events. With over two decades in event management, Heidi oversees the ASSA ABLOY DSS Event Department and staff, managing national conferences, meetings, tradeshows, and the Mobile Innovation Showroom Fleet. Prior experience includes positions at Connecticut Hospital Association and Michigan Hospital Association. Heidi holds multiple certifications including Leadership Development Certification from IMD and a Certification in Meetings Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Marketing from Central Connecticut State University.
