Melissa Montoni, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Aspirion since November 2022, following experience as a Law Clerk at Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien, Doherty & Kelly, P.C. from October 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included legal research and analysis of medical records in asbestos-related cases. Prior roles include a Legal Assistant position at Westchester County Courthouse, engaging in pro bono work, and participation in various legal competitions during law school at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where Montoni earned a Doctor of Law degree with a focus on Health Law and Medical Malpractice. Montoni also holds a Bachelor's Degree in History and Pre-Med from Fordham University and completed high school at the School of the Holy Child.
