Michael Assi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and software company management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Valsoft Corporation since March 2018 and as Chief Executive Officer of Aspire Software since January 2017, Michael Assi oversees a diverse portfolio of over 80 software companies, focusing on integration and growth strategies. In addition to these roles, Michael Assi is an active board member for multiple organizations, including NOW BOOK IT, Inatech, Telematel, and VSN Innovation & Media Solutions. Prior experience includes serving as President and CEO of InnQuest Software and various senior positions at Ericsson, where responsibilities ranged from software engineering to program management. Michael Assi holds an MBA in Operations & Strategy from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
