Zekia Polite started their work experience in 2015 at Shire, where they worked as a Quality Control Analyst from June 2015 to July 2017, and later as a Quality Assurance Specialist from August 2017 to October 2018. In 2018, they joined Clarkston Consulting as an Associate Consultant from October 2018 to March 2020. Zekia then took on the role of a Consultant from March 2020 to April 2022. Currently, Zekia is working as a Senior Consultant at Aspirent, starting from April 2022.

Zekia Polite completed their Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences with a focus on Biology/Biological Sciences, General at The University of Georgia from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including Professional Scrum Product Ownerâ„¢ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in July 2022, SDLC (2022) - Software Development Life Cycle SDLC from Udemy in March 2022, Business Analysis Modeling Skills & Techniques from Udemy in January 2022, and Certified Quality Process Analyst from ASQ - World Headquarters in August 2018.
