Kelle Allen, MS, PMP, CSM, APM, POPM has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2002, Kelle worked as an intern at Walt Disney World. In 2007, Kelle transitioned to a Physical Education Teacher role at Florence School District One. Kelle then worked as a Leasing Agent at InterMark Mgt and as an Administrative Assistant at The Dovetail Companies. In 2012, Kelle became a Project Administrator at Mashburn Construction where they stayed until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, Kelle worked as an Analyst and then as a Senior Analyst at PwC. Kelle joined Continental in 2016, initially as an Associate and then as a Consultant and Senior Consultant until 2021. During their time at Continental, Kelle had various responsibilities including project management, change management, strategy development, and facilitation of workshops. In 2021, Kelle worked at Signature Consultants as a PM Contractor on assignment with Bank of America Global Human Resources, where responsibilities included project planning, coordination, and change management. Kelle most recently worked at Aspirent as a Senior Consultant and then as a Manager, Digital Enablement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project activities, and promoting transparency and continuous improvement.

Kelle Allen, MS, PMP, CSM, APM, POPM has a diverse education history. Kelle obtained their Master of Science in Organizational Management with a specialization in Project Management from Charleston Southern University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a focus on Athletic Training from the University of South Carolina, attending from 2003 to 2007. Before joining the university, they briefly attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2001 to 2003. Kelle completed their secondary education at Georgetown High School, graduating in 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Kelle Allen has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Kelle became a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner through training from Prosci in March 2018. In March 2016, they obtained the Microsoft Office Master 2013 certification, as well as certifications as a Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel Expert 2013, PowerPoint 2013, SharePoint 2013, and Word Expert 2013. In November 2015, they attained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. More recently, Kelle gained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager in May 2023, a Certified SAFe® 5 Agile Product Manager in October 2022, and a Certified SAFe® 6 Agile Product Manager in March 2023, all from Scaled Agile, Inc. Kelle also earned the Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance in July 2016.
