Thomas Owens is an accomplished scientific professional with extensive experience in research and project leadership. Currently serving as the Scientific Project Lead at Aspire Scientific Ltd since March 2022, Owens previously held multiple roles at CMC Connect from April 2015 to March 2022, including Associate Medical Director and Senior Medical Writer. Owens' academic background includes postdoctoral research in breast cancer at the University of Sydney and breast biology at the University of Manchester, along with a PhD in Molecular Cancer Studies from the University of Manchester. Earlier experience includes vaccine production at Medeva, where Owens was involved in various production techniques and validation processes.
