Adam Rand has extensive experience in the field of education, having worked at Aspire Public Schools since July 2009 in various roles including Assistant Principal, Associate Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment, Regional Director of Instructional Effectiveness, and Principal, as well as serving as a Teacher. Prior to this, Adam Rand was a Teacher at Encinitas Union School District from July 2006 to July 2009 and held the position of Manager and Lead Teacher at Nova English School from October 2002 to October 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education from UCLA School of Education and Information Studies, a Multi-subject/CLAD Teaching Credential from National University, and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder.
