Katie Cutrell, MSW, LCSW has extensive work experience in various roles related to social work and mental health. Katie started their career as a Family Case Coordinator at the State of Indiana, Dept. of Family Resources, where they processed TANF, SNAP (FS), and Medicaid applications and also served as a supervisor. Katie then worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist and later as a Senior Project Analyst at ACS, where they contributed to the development of a new Quality Assurance system and provided analysis for the Indiana Eligibility Modernization Project.

Katie also has experience as a Case Manager at IPMG, where they worked with individuals with developmental disabilities to ensure they received appropriate services and care. Katie furthered their experience as a Behavior Therapist at Innovations in Learning, PC, providing behavioral therapy services.

In their role as an IV-B Therapist at Regional Mental Health Center, Katie focused on working with court-recommended individuals with substance abuse issues and adults in need of support. Katie also created and implemented treatment plans, completed progress notes and court reports, and collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams.

Katie then joined Porter-Starke Services, Inc. as an Addictions Assessor, where they conducted assessments for individuals with substance use disorders in office and county jails. Katie also provided psycho-social assessments, ran groups, and conducted individual therapy.

Before their current position at Aspire Indiana, Inc. as a Clinical Manager, Katie held several roles within the organization, including Clinical Supervisor, Addictions Therapist, and Outpatient Therapist.

Prior to this, Katie gained experience as a Social Worker in Integrated Care Management at Riley Hospital for Children.

Katie Cutrell, MSW, LCSW, has a strong educational background in the field of social work. Katie obtained their Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, graduating between the years 2006 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development and Family Studies at Purdue University, from 1997 to 2002.
