Kristin Lamb, CHWC, has extensive experience in the field of community health and wellness. Kristin began their career as a Corporate Wellness Liaison at St.Vincent Health in 2002 and worked there until 2007. In 2003, they joined Community Health Network as a Preventive Care Specialist, where they remained until 2007. From 2007 to 2016, Kristin served as a Wellness Coordinator at Riverview Health, then took on the role of Manager of Employer Clinics and Community Wellness until 2019. Most recently, they joined Aspire Indiana Health in 2019 as a Community Training Liaison and was later promoted to the position of Wellbeing Coordinator in November 2020. Through their various roles, Kristin has developed a strong skill set in coordinating and promoting wellness programs within communities.
Kristin Lamb, CHWC, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from the University of Southern Indiana between 1998 and 2002. In addition to their degree, Kristin has acquired various certifications throughout their career. Kristin became a Health Coach through the American College of Sports Medicine in January 2013. In January 2009, they became a CPR Instructor through the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association. More recently, in March 2019, they obtained a certification as a QPR Instructor from the QPR Institute. Kristin also became certified as an Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a Public Safety Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and a Teen Mental Health First Aid Instructor, all through the National Council for Behavioral Health, in June 2019.
