Richelle Arugay, Ph.D., is a seasoned Learning & Development Analyst at Aspire Academy, where employment began in 2006. Responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, developing customized training content and learning curricula, facilitating training programs, and managing the learning management system. Richelle has also implemented various L&D projects focusing on leadership development, employee engagement, and career planning. Prior to this role, Richelle served as a Recruitment Officer and Payroll Specialist, with earlier experience in HR management and production planning across several organizations. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Business Management from Philippine Christian University, an MBA from Lyceum of the Philippines University, and a Diploma in Sports Management from SDA Bocconi.
