Tennille McElrath is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and client management. Currently serving as an Operations Associate in New Business and Premium Remittance at Aspida since July 2022, Tennille previously worked as a Case Manager at Policygenius Inc., where the focus was on simplifying the insurance purchasing process for clients. Tennille's earlier roles include serving as a Standardized Patient for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry® and working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walmart for nearly 18 years. Academically, Tennille holds a Bachelor's degree in Math for Business with a concentration in Actuarial Science and a minor in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as an Associate of Arts degree from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
