Jocelyn Chan, iHRP-SP, serves as the HR Director at ASPIAL CORPORATION LIMITED since January 2019. Prior to this role, Jocelyn held various HR leadership positions at The Dairy Farm Group from May 2007 to December 2018, including HR Director for Singapore, Head of Human Capital, and Human Capital Manager. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Advanced Leadership Practice from the University of Edinburgh Napier (2013-2015), a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Singapore Institute of Management (2005-2006), and a Master of Business from Nanyang Technological University Singapore (1999-2002).
