Elin Gyllenqvist is a Senior Manager at Aspia since July 2018, specializing in corporate law matters including the formation of limited companies, sale of shelf companies, share issues, mergers, board changes, and liquidations. Prior to Aspia, Elin served as a Corporate Advisor at PwC Sweden from May 2010 to June 2018, focusing on similar corporate law issues. Elin began their career at Bolagsverket as a Case Officer from June 2008 to December 2009, dealing with board, auditor, vacancy, and articles of association matters. Elin holds a Media Producer degree from KY, completed between 2006 and 2008.
