Susan Hiller Troen is an accomplished Solution Architect and Senior Technical Consultant at Asperii, with extensive experience in Salesforce implementation and business consulting. Previously, Susan served as a Senior Consultant at Xede Consulting Group and a Lead Business Consultant at Perficient, where responsibilities included defining business requirements and creating solution designs for various Salesforce projects. As an Independent Consultant, Susan delivered Salesforce solutions to small and mid-sized organizations. In addition to leadership roles in the Salesforce Non Profit Israeli User Group and as Director of Applications Development at Year Up, Susan has held various positions in quality assurance and consulting, including roles at Microsoft and MathSoft Inc. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Union College.
