Vibhor Mishra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and consulting, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Asper.ai since April 2022. With a long tenure at Fractal that began in June 2012, Vibhor has held various roles including Principal Consultant and Engagement Manager, focusing on client management and solution development in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail sectors, particularly in media and price optimization. Vibhor holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), attained between 2008 and 2012.
