Kaitlin Pearson is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Development at Aspenleaf Energy Ltd since April 2022, where significant contributions have led to substantial growth from approximately 4,000 boe/d to 20,000 boe/d over seven years. With previous experience as a Development Manager and Exploitation Engineer, Kaitlin has demonstrated expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams, developing annual budget proposals of around $50 million, optimizing drilling inventory, and enhancing waterflood developments. Prior roles at Pengrowth Corporation and Enerplus included leading horizontal well development programs, executing capital projects, and conducting technical evaluations that improved asset value. Kaitlin holds a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
