Jennifer Irwin has a diverse work experience ranging from real estate to healthcare and event planning. Jennifer started their career in 2006 as an Executive Event Planner & Travel Coordinator at United First Financial and later worked as a Medical Transcriptionist at Intermountain Healthcare. In 2013, they joined LIV Sotheby’s International Realty as an Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Diagnostic Scheduler at Aspen Valley Hospital before transitioning to Roaring Fork Sotheby's International Realty as an Office Manager & Referral Specialist. In 2015, they started their own business, Kasprzak Consulting LLC, providing marketing, transaction coordination, and business administration & development services to a top-producing real estate broker. Jennifer then worked as a Market Center Administrator at The Grand Junction Group, Keller Williams Colorado West Realty LLC in 2019. Currently, they are the Director of Sales at Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty.
