Roger Pearson began their career in 1977 as Senior Analytical Chemist at Aspen Research Corporation. Roger then advanced to Vice President of R&D and later President of Analytical Services at the same company. In 1984, they left Aspen Research Corporation to become the owner of Shantytown Grills. Roger also worked at Celanese Chemical Company from 1977 to 1984 as an Operations Superintendant.
Roger Pearson attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 1973 to 1977, where they earned a B.S. in Chemistry. Roger then attended the University of Minnesota from 1991 to 1996.
