Kari Bookout started their work experience in 2008 as a Store Manager at Bath & Body Works and continued in that role until 2011. In 2011, they joined Aspen Dental as an Office Training Manager and held that position until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Kari worked as a Regional Manager of Practice Development at Aspen Dental. Kari then became a Director of Operations at Aspen Dental from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Kari is serving as the Division Vice President at Aspen Dental from October 2019 onwards.

Kari Bookout pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from Tennessee Wesleyan University from 2005 to 2006.
