Vijay Nalabolu has a strong background in software engineering with experience spanning over two decades. Vijay started their career as a Software Engineer at Indus Asuka Software in 1999, where they gained valuable experience in understanding business processes, project design, development, and testing. During their time at Indus Asuka Software, Vijay provided technical support to team members involved in module development.

In 2003, Vijay moved to Prodapt Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer. Here, they were responsible for designing a localization support framework and developing reusable components for managing localized strings. Vijay also made recommendations for product changes to support regional settings and migrated MSAccess applications to Visual Basic 6. Vijay's role at Prodapt Solutions involved functional specification designing, software development, unit testing, integration testing, and documentation. Vijay also gained experience in understanding and supporting existing applications.

Since 2004, Vijay has been working at Aspect Software, starting as a Project Manager and progressing to the role of Senior Principal Engineer. As a Project Manager, they managed the development and delivery of various products from Aspect's suite. Vijay was involved in team formation, mentoring, functional specification designing, software development, unit testing, and integration testing. Vijay also played a significant role in the development and implementation of a smart client application using Visual Studio 2010 and C#, ASP.
