Freddy Aviles Diaz has extensive experience in human resources management, having served as the Head of Human Resources at Productos Paraíso del Perú since July 2005, where responsibilities include HR management, personnel administration, and compensation management. In addition, Freddy has been a lecturer at the Asociación de Exportadores ADEX since July 2015, teaching courses on HR management and business administration. Freddy holds a degree in Administrative Engineering from Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega and is currently pursuing a diploma in International Business Management with a focus on HR at CENTRUM PUCP. Furthermore, Freddy completed an advanced international program in human resources at EADA Business School in 2018.
