Narak Choi is a scientist at the Institute of Microelectronics since December 2021, focusing on meta-lens, near-eye display, and bio-medical imaging. Previously, Narak served as a principal engineer at Samsung Electronics from February 2014 to October 2021, where responsibilities included the development of simulation tools for optical proximity correction in lithography and the improvement of optical components using C/C++ and Python. Prior experience includes roles as an optical engineer at Photonic Systems Integrated, LLC., and a research scientist at the University of Central Florida, where Narak conducted studies on optical surface scattering. Narak Choi holds a PhD in Optics from the University of Central Florida and two degrees in Physics from Seoul National University, including a master's and a bachelor's degree.
