Marc Cas is an experienced professional in the field of mechatronics and software engineering, currently serving as Group Lead Mechatronics DUV Optical Column and Group Lead Software Optical Column DUV at ASML since May 2010. Marc's career includes roles such as Project Lead for Metro Wafer Alignment HVM and various team leader positions focused on software and alignment technologies. Prior to ASML, Marc worked as a Principal Consultant at U2U Consult and held project leadership roles at Philips & Lite-On Digital Solutions and Philips Optical Storage, with earlier experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Philips TASS and as a Software Engineer at Banksys. Marc holds a civil engineering degree in mechanics with a specialization in mechatronics from KU Leuven.
