Yushan Tien is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition CoE (Global) at ASM since July 2022, where responsibilities include streamlining global TA processes and managing vendor projects. Prior roles include leading talent marketing and employer branding efforts for EPAM Systems in the APAC region, driving initiatives in storytelling and content development, and serving as PR & Marketing Lead at 3D Matters PTE LTD, focusing on branding and media strategy. Yushan has also been an adjunct lecturer at the University of Glasgow, covering topics in entrepreneurship and marketing, and held various communications roles at YCH Group, where leadership encompassed corporate communications and branding across Asia Pacific. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Mass Communication from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information & Communication Management from the National University of Singapore.
