Tuck Foong KOH is a Senior Process Engineer with extensive experience in advanced materials and semiconductor manufacturing. Currently at ASM in the Plasma Products Business Unit, Tuck Foong is involved in the productization of new films for Dual and Quad Chamber Modules through cross-functional collaboration. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Applied Materials where Tuck Foong excelled in various roles, managing product life cycle processes, customer communications, and product development for both Metals Packaging and Advanced Packaging sectors. Tuck Foong holds a Doctor of Engineering in Materials Science and Engineering and a first-class honors degree in Materials Science and Engineering, with a focus on nanotechnology, from the National University of Singapore.
