Paul Ma is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor and materials sectors. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President and BU Head at ASM since May 2018, Paul previously held various leadership roles at Applied Materials from August 2004 to April 2018, including Managing Director and Senior Director of Process Engineering. Paul also chaired the ALD conference for the American Vacuum Society in July 2013. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Chemical and Materials Engineering from The University of Auckland and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
